PCR Plate
Thermal cycler 또는 real-time PCR에 호환되는 PCR Plate을 출시하였습니다. 매우 얇은 벽으로 효과적인 열 전달을 통해 증폭이 더 빠르고 정확합니다. 투명 well보다 흰색 well은 qPCR의 형광 신호를 10배 정도 증폭 시킬 수 있어 보다 적은 시약으로 실험이 가능하여 경제적입니다. 각 well 주위의 돌출된 테두리는 압력, 접착 및 열 밀봉 방법 등 포함한 다양한 방식을 통하여 단단히 밀봉할 수 있습니다.
